Designed specifically to extend an existing starter bay, this add-on shelving system enables businesses to increase storage capacity without investing in additional standalone units. Featuring galvanised steel trays and a robust steel frame construction, the add-on bay is particularly suited to environments where moisture, condensation, or low temperatures may affect traditional shelving materials.

The boltless design and pre-assembled frames ensure quick and straightforward installation. Simply slot the beams into the existing and new uprights, secure them using the supplied safety locking pins, and position the galvanised trays into place.

Fully adjustable shelf levels allow the system to accommodate changing stock profiles, while the open design enables shelving to span over ground-stored goods or pallets where required, maximising available storage space.

Load Capacity

Each add-on bay offers a total load capacity of up to 4000kg, with individual shelf levels supporting up to 800kg UDL (Uniformly Distributed Load).

The galvanised trays provide a strong, easy-to-clean storage surface that is resistant to corrosion, moisture, and temperature fluctuations. This makes the system particularly suitable for food storage, pharmaceutical applications, freezer rooms, and cold stores.

Size Options & Adjustability
