A new warehouse required a complete storage and workspace solution to help turn the empty unit into a practical, operational facility.
The project involved supplying and installing heavy-duty pallet racking throughout the warehouse, along with a suspended ceiling for the dedicated packaging area.
We continue to support the team as they relocate from their 3 existing locations and required disassembly of their current operations to ensure handover to landlords.

The Challenge
The client needed a fit out in their new warehouse as they consolidate from 3 existing to sites to a single high-capacity space utilising racking to support daily warehouse operations.
A key part of the project was making sure the layout worked practically on site. The racking needed to maximise pallet storage capacity while still allowing clear access through the warehouse, including 2.7m middle aisles for movement between runs.
The layout also needed to take the packaging area into account, with the final racking position reviewed to ensure the space remained suitable for packing and operational flow. In addition, the packaging area required a suspended ceiling to create a more practical and enclosed working environment.
The Solution
We supplied and installed a heavy-duty pallet racking system designed around the client’s warehouse layout.
The design included a mixture of back-to-back and single runs of racking, using a combination of bay sizes to maximise storage capacity while maintaining suitable aisle space for access and movement and ensure that existing lighting didn’t need to be altered whilst ensuring workability. The system was based around 2700mm x 1100mm x 5550mm racking bays, with 6 storage levels and a 2000kg load capacity per level.
Alongside the racking installation, we also supplied and installed a suspended ceiling for the packaging area, helping create a more defined and usable workspace within the warehouse.
In total, the completed racking installation provided 4080 pallet positions, creating a large-scale storage solution for the new warehouse.
