Designed to connect directly to an existing longspan starter bay, the add-on shelving bay provides an efficient way to increase storage capacity without requiring additional standalone frames.

The boltless design ensures quick and straightforward installation. The beams can simply be connected to the new and existing uprights. These can then be secured using the supplied safety locking pins.

The shelving system is fully adjustable and adaptable, making it suitable for changing stock profiles and operational requirements.

Load Capacity

Each add-on bay provides a total load capacity of up to 4000kg, with individual shelf levels supporting up to 800kg UDL (Uniformly Distributed Load).

For extra heavy-duty deep bay configurations (measuring 900mm and 1200mm), chipboard support beams are supplied to ensure additional strength and stability. Full technical specifications can be found within the downloadable product documentation.

Size Options & Adjustability

Shelf levels can be adjusted in 50mm increments, allowing businesses to configure storage heights around different stock sizes and operational needs.
