  • Push Back Racking System

An accumulative storage system that allows up to four pallets deep to be stored per level. Push-back is ideal for storing medium-turnover products, with two or more pallets per SKU.

    Advantages

    • Saves space.
    • High storage density.
    • Loading and unloading carried out in a central aisle.

All of the pallets of each level, except the top one, are placed on a set of trolleys that are pushed along rolling rails. These rails are built on a slight incline, lower at the front, so that the pallets at the back move forward when the pallet closest to the aisle is removed.

  • Drive-in Pallet Racking

This system is base on the storage by accumulation principle, which enables the highest use of available space in terms of both area and height.

Drive-in pallet racking is designed for the storage of homogenous products. It accommodates a large number of pallets for each SKU.

    Advantages

    • Maximum profitability of the available space (up to 85%).
    • Removal of aisles between the ranking.
    • Rigorous control of entries and exits.
    • It allows as many SKU as loading lanes.

Two management systems are available: the drive-in system, with only one access aisle, and the drive-through system, with access to the load from both sides of the rack.

This pallet racking system is frequently used in cold stores (refrigeration and freezing) which require maximum use of space for the storage of products in a controlled temperature.

    Advantages

    • Quick to assemble, clean and easy.
    • Multiplies surface space in industrial premises.
    • Adaptable to the specific needs of the client, thanks to the great variety of sizes available, types of floors, construction systems, etc.
  • Recycling Waste Rack

Waste management problems are easily solved with the racksack. Suitable for most warehouse racking systems, the racksack quickly fixes to the end of your racking system.

The racksack is designed for most racking and shelving systems between 900mm and 1100mm. Once full, racksacks can be removed and emptied with ease.

The racksack has been thoughtfully developed so that it will not intrude into valuable warehouse space. When hung it has a large open mouth to easily receive waste, yet its tapered design enables it to hardly encroach into the floor area.

Originally designed for the warehouse the racksack's flexible method of ‘S' locator fixing means it can be hung over or hooked onto any substrate. That's why the racksack has quickly established itself a place in other industrial areas such as factories, offices or anywhere where waste has become a problem.

    • Easy collection of waste
    • Easy to fix, easy to remove
    • Helps waste segregation
    • Hard-wearing & re-usable
